Programme
Day 1 : Toulouse

We offer you the possibility to join one of our Tour in Toulouse. Led by an experienced Guide, set off on an exploration of Toulouse by Electric Bike. The architectural, cultural and natural heritage will be unveiled in the heart of this original Electric Bike Tour which ventures beyond the usual ground of the historic center.

Time: 2h30, 23km, departure at 9h30am or 14hpm

Day 2: Toulouse-Castelnaudary 60km

There you go! The Canal unfolds its beautiful green path and escorts you during the entire stage. From the begining,  you will be seduced by the green and refreshing atmosphere  that Canal du Midi is able to spread. A little ahead in the distance, take your time and stop over the watershed of Naurouze, one of the cornerstone of the Canal du Midi, and ideal for picnics. The canal will lead you out the Lauragais and guide you until the capital of the cassoulet. Welcome to Castelnaudary! Night in a hotel.

Day 3 Castelnaudary-Carcassonne 43 km

The stage is short, a short trip to the Abbey of St Papoul is allowed (+ 13km). The well paved green path of the day before gives way to a wilder path. To reach the medieval city, it is better to ride a good horse,  the path  is deteriorating itself little by little. Let’s dedicate your afternoon to the visit of Carcassonne fortress. Night in a hotel at the foot of the medieval city.

Day 4: Carcassonne-Homps 42 km

You leave the lively atmosphere of Cascassonne to go back on the tranquility of the canal. Cycling through the area of ​​Minervois, you first join the pretty harbour of Trèbes, and you will not fail to admire the overflow arranged by Vauban. Homps, former merchant harbour welcomes you in a relaxed and family atmosphere, and Lake Jouarres invites you to swim.
