From Toulouse to the col de Naurouze, 47km e-bike ride (return trip in minibus)

From Toulouse, you will  ride along a monument of the south west, the Canal du Midi.  With one of our high end electric bikes, you’ll have the chance to ride along a wonderful bike path, formerly a towpaths. This will transport you out of time, wandering around meanders, locks and plane trees. The Canal du Midi is one of Louis the XIV’s major projects, the fulfillment of a desire that has been matured since antiquity, to link the Atlantic to the Mediterranean. The green and refreshing atmosphere of this Unesco listed monument will be revealed gradually, at your own pace. Let’s enjoy a relaxing day, pedaling quietly toward the col de Naurouze, the highest point on the canal and your final stop. Here flow the water that feed the canal du midi. Here you’ll be able to contemplate the obelisk built to honored Pierre Paul Riquet memory, the true founding father of the Canal du Midi. The return trip to Toulouse will be done with our minibus at the end of the afternoon.
